Leads are provided, so this role is about following up, building relationships, and closing, not cold calling or prospecting. We help niche service businesses grow with a one client per industry per city model, weekly marketing training, and daily support. We currently focus on industries like paintless dent repair (PDR) shops and home services companies, helping them win more local leads and book more jobs. Schedule and Location In-office only at our Prosper, TX location (291 S Preston Suite 440, Prosper, TX 75078) Monday through Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM This is not a remote or hybrid position, no work from home Off on all federal holidays Some company events throughout the year are required outside of normal hours Pay $14 to $18 per hour, based on experience Plus commission on closed deals Commission structure and full earning potential will be discussed in the interview What You Will Do Follow up with leads that are provided to you, no cold calling or outbound prospecting Build rapport with prospects over the phone and on video calls Present Kinetic Curve's marketing services, including our lead generation guarantee and service tiers Guide prospects through the sales process from first response to signed agreement Show up well on camera during video calls and any recorded content used for sales or marketing Keep accurate records of all conversations and deal status in our CRM Hit weekly and monthly closing targets Work closely with the marketing and onboarding team to make sure new clients get off to a strong start Our Core Values Honor.
