•Carrollton is building the largest home health group in the State of Texas, and this role is an integral part of that plan. The Sales Operations Specialist supports the outside sales team in achieving approved patient targets and revenue growth, while playing a critical part in optimizing internal referral processes for speed and efficiency. What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) Provide sales support that helps the organization gain new referral sources and hit approved patient targets Take ownership of the role and develop a playbook for long-term success Refine back-office processes to expedite calls and emails from referral sources Support sales, operations, and clinical teams in achieving the fastest referral turnaround time (TAT) in the industry Primary Duties and Responsibilities Improve operational efficiency by providing daily support to the outside sales team on incoming patient referrals Facilitate effective communication within the sales team and across all departments Handle incoming sales calls from prospective clients and referral source facilities, managing 30-75 inbound sales and referral inquiries per week Clearly articulate service offerings by phone to referral sources and potential clients or patients Respond to inquiries from hospital case managers, social workers, nurses, patients, and internal staff within 1-2 business hours Utilize operations tools and technology to achieve referral turnaround time (TAT) goals Analyze referral and sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities, contributing to a 10-20% increase in referral volume Maintain and manage the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity Lead selected marketing initiatives, such as monthly email newsletters and social media engagement Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales operations activities Manage and optimize sales tools and technology, including marketing flyers, brochures, and related materials Gather and analyze customer feedback and market data to inform sales strategies and tactics Represent the organization at 2-8 networking events, facility visits, and marketing meetings per month Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Experience and Education Requirements High school diploma and related experience Skills and Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish meaningful connections with coworkers and customers Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, and Word Experience using CRM and EMR systems is a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively while demonstrating strategic insight and strong organizational skills Professional demeanor with a commitment to ethical practices and accountability Previous experience in sales support or administrative role preferred but not required Ability to listen and communicate clearly, fluently, and diplomatically, both orally and in writing Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and accountability

Compensation and Benefits Base Salary:

$45,000/year Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (eligible 1st of the month following 60 days of employment) 401(k) for eligible employees (available after 6 months of employment) Paid time off, accruing per company policy after 90 days of continuous full-time employment This is an at-will position. Occasional on-call coverage is required as part of the team rotation, and occasional work beyond 40 hours may be required.
