Family Services / Pre-Need & At-Need Sales What You'll Do Educate families about the benefits of pre-planning funeral and cemetery arrangements Meet with at-need families (partnering with a licensed funeral director) to assist with service and cemetery selections. Conduct follow-up calls, outreach, and relationship building within the community Maintain accurate records and manage your sales pipeline Represent the funeral home and cemetery with empathy, integrity, and professionalism
