Support benefits administration processes by explaining available employee benefits during client interactions. Leverage multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases. Follow compliance standards including HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information related to health or insurance. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable for various audiences. Familiarity with sales administration tools such as CRM software or other tracking systems. Analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning. Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns is a plus for outreach initiatives. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse markets effectively. Knowledge of insurance sales processes or benefits administration enhances your versatility in this role.
