Responsibilities Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face meetings and community outreach. Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships by providing personalized service and solutions. Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction. Conduct retail sales activities, including product demonstrations and promotional events to boost brand visibility. Utilize analysis skills to identify market trends, customer preferences, and new sales opportunities. Manage sales administration tasks such as tracking leads, updating CRM systems, and preparing reports. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues effectively. Promote insurance sales where applicable, explaining coverage options clearly to clients. Support benefits administration processes by explaining available employee benefits during client interactions. Leverage multilingual or bilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse customer bases. Follow compliance standards including HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive information related to health or insurance. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making positively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, adaptable for various audiences. Familiarity with sales administration tools such as CRM software or other tracking systems. Analysis skills to interpret market data and customer feedback for strategic planning. Experience in telemarketing or marketing campaigns is a plus for outreach initiatives. Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse markets effectively. Knowledge of insurance sales processes or benefits administration enhances your versatility in this role.
