We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate who enjoys both customer interaction and social media marketing. ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service Greet customers and assist them throughout the purchasing process. Help customers select the right appliances based on their needs and budget. Explain payment and financing options. Coordinate customer pickup and delivery arrangements. Follow up with existing customers and make outbound sales calls to prospective customers. Store Operations Assist with merchandise setup, pricing, and showroom displays. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming showroom. Help customers load merchandise when needed. Marketing & Social Media Take high-quality photos and short videos of appliances. Create and post content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Respond to online customer inquiries and marketplace messages. Assist with promotional campaigns, flyers, and in-store events. Help grow our online presence and brand awareness. Qualifications Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable using social media platforms for business promotion. Previous retail or sales experience preferred (appliance experience is a plus), but we are happy to train the right candidate. Bilingual (English & Chinese or English & Spanish) is a plus.
