We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our residential cleaning client base in Texas. This role is responsible for engaging homeowners through door-to-door outreach, presenting our cleaning services, and securing new service agreements. The position is full-time, in person, and field-based. Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach in assigned residential areas
• Present service offerings, explain pricing, and prepare quotes for prospective clients
• Address client questions and concerns and close sales professionally
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and booked services
• Conduct timely follow-up with prospective clients by phone, text, or email
• Comply with local solicitation regulations and honor "No Soliciting" requests
• Achieve established weekly sales targets Compensation and Schedule
• This position offers a base salary of $80,000 per year, plus a 35% commission on each cleaning job sold.
• The schedule is Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Qualifications
• Experience in outside sales, direct sales, or customer service preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to walk and work outdoors for extended periods, including during warm weather
