This is NOT a sit-at-your-desk-and-do-one-thing-all-day position. Our business moves fast. Priorities change. Phones ring. Jobs move. Builders need answers. Something you were working on 20 minutes ago may need to pause while something more urgent gets handled. The right person can change direction, handle the new priority, and still remember to go back and finish what they started.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Handle paperwork and job documentation
  • Track multiple active projects
  • Follow up on outstanding items DAILY
  • Communicate with builders, customers, vendors, and our internal team
  • Help coordinate scheduling and project details
  • Keep notes, emails, approvals, and information organized
  • Stay ahead of deadlines and loose ends
  • Work directly with Builder Sales to keep projects moving
  • Follow through without needing to be reminded repeatedly

FOLLOW-THROUGH
Experience in construction, homebuilding, flooring, countertops, design, real estate, project coordination, or a similar industry is a plus—but attitude, organization, urgency, and willingness to learn matter just as much.
Pay:
$18.00
  • $20.
00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
