If you enjoy connecting with people, guiding them toward self-care, and being part of a supportive team, this could be the perfect fit! đ§ââď¸What You'll Do:
Welcome Guests with a Smile- Be the first friendly face our clients see and set the tone for a relaxing visit. Educate & Recommend
- Share the benefits of our membership program and spa services in a genuine, informative way. Stay Connected
- Follow up with guests via phone, text, or email to answer questions and encourage return visits. Manage the Flow
- Handle check-ins, bookings, and payments using our scheduling software. Support Sales Goals
- Help the team meet monthly membership and service targetsâbonuses available! Be a Team Player
- Collaborate with massage therapists, estheticians, and fellow front desk staff to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For:

- You can confidently explain value and guide guests toward the right choices. Organized & Tech-Savvy
- You're great at multitasking and navigating booking systems. Reliable & Professional
- You show up on time, communicate clearly, and take pride in your work. Experience in Hospitality, Retail, or Wellness is a plusâbut we're happy to train the right person! Flexible Schedule
- Must be available evenings and weekends.
