Job Description
-Office Position in Sales located in Willis, TX
- Looking for someone who is eager to learn
- Excellent customer service skills
- Quickbooks knowledge is a plus but is not necessary
- Job duties include: Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email and in-person; Receive, understand and distribute customer information related to installs, schedules, selections, purchase orders, estimates and etc. from Sales and Builders.
- Intermediate math skills required as you will be figuring square footages on estimates and etc.
- Develop and maintain an extensive product knowledge base
- Must be able to work in a team environment; Must be able to communicate and work well with others
- Ability to adapt to changing environment
