We are rapidly growing and expanding and need to add an experienced professional to our team. With leads that are ready to be contacted, energetic closers can easily exceed $100,000 on an annual basis. New Home Consultants coordinate all sales activities for new home buyers, from the time of first contact, price quotes, signing the contract, pre-construction meeting and loan closing. Qualifications Custom / On Your Lot sales or construction experience. New Home product / remodeling sales & construction experience Modular / Manufactured Home sales experience Qualifications include a 2 year proven track record of successful job performance.
