Job Description

Texwin is seeking a Sales Order Processing Specialist to join our Accounting team. The Sales Order Processing Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of accounting tasks to support the overall financial operations of the Company. This role plays a key part in maintaining records and supporting internal sales processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Review sales orders and inspect documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance. Verifies and posts details of business transactions across platforms. Coordinates with internal staff to facilitate sales order corrections. Generate calculations for sales commissions. Crosstrain with other accounting department staff to support general accounting functions. Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Strong initiative, time management and accountability Ability to maintain productivity with minimal supervision High level of organization and business acumen Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in accounting or administrative support Proficient with Microsoft office applications, including Excel. Experience with accounting software, such as Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
