We work the loss, the carrier, and the close. We are hiring a business development rep who already has a book and can put work on the board immediately. The role You own relationships with property managers, commercial accounts, and insurance agents across Salt Lake, Davis, and Utah County. You bring accounts with you and you add to them. This is not a ramp seat, not door-to-door, and not storm chasing. You sell mitigation. We run the job. You keep the accounts sending. Pay $65,000 base. 2-4% of collected revenue you source. 3-5% on sourced revenue above $40,000 collected in a month. Commission is paid on the payroll after the customer pays. A rep who sources $750,000 collects about $95,000. A rep who sources $1,000,000 and hits the step collects about $120,000 to $140,000. Uncapped above that. Company vehicle. Phone stipend. No draw and no split with an estimator. What we expect You already have a book of property managers, commercial accounts, or agents, and you have sold restoration or insurance claims before. You produce from day one. At 90 days we look at accounts actually sending and collected revenue you sourced. Local candidates only.
