Sales Development Representative Location:

Immediate This role can be structured as part-time or full-time depending on the right candidate and circumstances. About RevBlack RevBlack is a RevOps consultancy that turns HubSpot and Salesforce into high-performance revenue engines. We work with growth-stage and PE-backed B2B companies using HubSpot and Salesforce to build scalable go-to-market infrastructure, and drive measurable revenue outcomes. We're a fast-growing company with a fast-moving team. The Role We're looking for someone that wants to step into the consulting world, through a Sales Development Representative (SDR) position. What You'll Get Work closely with the Founder & CEO of the company A front-row seat to how a high-performing RevOps consultancy operates, with direct exposure to real client engagements and sales strategy Daily coaching and mentorship A clear path to grow into a RevOps or sales role as you develop The chance to build something from scratch. This function doesn't exist yet. You're building it with us What Will Your Job Look Like Work from curated target account lists to identify and contact high-fit prospects (new CROs, recently PE-acquired companies, teams running both HubSpot and Salesforce with known pain points) Make outbound calls and send personalized emails to decision-makers at target companies Track and monitor top target accounts and key contacts, staying aware of trigger events like leadership changes, acquisitions, and tech stack shifts Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on RevBlack's ICP and qualification criteria Hand off qualified opportunities to RevBlack's sales team through a defined process Maintain accurate records of all outreach activity and pipeline in HubSpot Participate in daily check-ins and coaching sessions to continuously improve messaging, targeting, and conversion What We're Looking For Prior SDR/BDR experience is preferred or a demonstrated ability to pick up the phone, have real conversations, and not be afraid of rejection Genuine interest in RevOps, CRM systems, and B2B SaaS (you don't need to be an expert, but you should care about this space) Coachable. This is probably the most important trait. You'll get daily feedback and we need someone who absorbs it and applies it fast Strong enough communicator to hold a conversation with a VP of Sales or a CRO and not sound like you're reading from a script. Comfortable with outbound calling, not just email. Organized and disciplined enough to manage a target account list, track activity, and follow through without someone standing over your shoulder Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Clay, or similar tools is a plus but not required Is This You? You're hungry, low-ego, and want to be around people who are building something real. You'd rather be in the room learning from experienced operators than sitting in a lecture hall. You take ownership of your work and you don't need to be reminded to follow up. You're the kind of person who, when given a list of 50 target accounts, actually thinks about those people and companies on your drive home.
