Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Part Time Inside Sales professional to join our expanding sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth through effective communication and strategic outreach. Responsibilities Conduct outbound calling campaigns to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects using warm calling techniques. Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and CRM software to understand their needs and present tailored solutions. Negotiate terms and close sales opportunities in B2B (business-to-business) environments, ensuring mutual benefit. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within CRM platforms such as Salesforce. Collaborate with marketing teams to align outreach strategies and maximize lead conversion. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally. Support the development of new business opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship building. Utilize telemarketing skills to identify potential markets and expand the company's customer base. Experience Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development roles, preferably within finance or related sectors. Prefer previous knowledge of accounts payable, receivable or accounting. Familiarity with CRM software or similar platforms. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making effectively. Knowledge of B2B relationship sales cycle. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Experience in outbound calling campaigns and customer service is highly desirable. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team approach.
