Installation. Office support. Systems. Website. Licensing. What we need is a proven sales leader who can build the sales machine. We're looking for someone who has successfully recruited, trained, and managed residential alarm, security, smart-home, D2D, or home-services sales teams.

THE DEAL

$7,500/month base salary + performance incentives + opportunity to earn up to 25% ownership/economic interest in the NEW business and value you create. Our existing RMR, customer base, and existing company value are not included in the ownership calculation. You don't get paid for what we already built. You get rewarded heavily for what you build.

Build RMR.Produce profitable growth. We're not looking for someone who needs six months to figure things out. We want a builder who can start producing immediately. Compensation:

$90,000 base + performance compensation + up to 25% ownership/economic participation in qualifying new business created. This is a serious opportunity for a serious producer.
