Larsen's Ace Hardware is expanding our lumber & millwork department and we're looking for motivated Inside Sales Professionals who want to build a long-term career with a trusted local company.

What You'll Do:

Build relationships and sell lumber, millwork, windows, doors, trim, decking, and more to professional builders, remodelers, and DIY customers Create accurate project estimates and quotes Conduct job site visits and in-store showroom consultations Place special orders and coordinate deliveries Troubleshoot customer challenges and provide excellent service Help maintain an attractive, well-organized showroom Work hands-on pulling orders when needed

What We're Looking For:

Knowledge of building materials (lumber, trim, moulding, doors, windows, millwork) Ability to read blueprints is a big plus Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer skills Strong communication skills — both in-person and on the phone Self-motivated with a natural sales ability Reliable team player who takes pride in their work Physically able to lift up to 70 lbs and stay active throughout the day Positive attitude and long-term career mindset No previous sales experience? If you're eager to learn, have construction knowledge, and enjoy working with people, we're willing to train the right person.
