The Role As a Roofing Sales Consultant, you will be immediately showing homeowners concerns about their roofs. Educating homeowners on their roof's health. This will be fostering the beginning of their pipeline. We generate leads by meeting homeowners and meeting them where they are located. This role is ideal for people with backgrounds in customer service, retail, hospitality, bartending, serving, warehouse work, administrative assistant roles, or receptionist positions, or sales and automotive sales experience, who want to transition into a higher-earning career path. What You'll Do Walk assigned residential neighborhoods Speak directly with homeowners at their homes Perform basic ground-level visual inspections Explain our roof inspection service Schedule inspection appointments Work outdoors and stay active Compensation Full-time position Base pay + commission + performance bonuses Many first-year team members earn $75,000
