W e are looking for:

Neurology Clinical Supervisor In Neurology you can expect to be handle a variety of cases and run CT or MRI scans, as well as be involved in advanced neurological treatments and procedures. The skills needed for this department rely heavily on being a team player, compassionate and have a focus on excellent patient care. What you'll do : Escalates issues to Clinical Manager Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s) Collaborates with other departments regarding patient and client needs Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shift Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift which includes but is not limited to: Manages early call-ins, early departures, call-offs, sharing of resources, breaks and lunches for team members Assigns team member responsibilities per shift Addresses process or employee issues during their shift Communicates schedule changes, performance concerns and shift issues to the Clinical Manager routinely Serves as first level responder to client concerns and drug escalations Trains and mentors new team members Provides input to Clinical Manager on team member performance evaluations Participates in on-call responsibilities Participates in management or administrative meeting(s) routinely Who you are: Prior veterinary experience required , previous neurology experience desired Proficient in calculations ( drugs , constant rate infusions, unit conversions, etc.) Flexibility with work hours and able to work additional hours when necessary Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Perks and Benefits include: Comprehensive Health Benefits Vision and Dental HSA, FSA and Independent Care Spending 401k with Employer Match Paid Time Off (PTO) Shift Differentials and On-call Pay Uniform Allowance Employee Pet Discounts and Pet Insurance Elective Short-Term Disability, Life and Accident Insurance and company paid Long Term Disability Continuing Education Opportunities and Assistance Program Strong career growth and personal development opportunities Come as you are.
