Reports to a Business Development Manager or Director.

Job Description
Position Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients through regular outreach and meetings. Identify new opportunities by tracking client needs, programs, and upcoming procurements. Support technical teams with early positioning and client insights. Prepare talking points, briefing notes, and engagement materials for client meetings. Maintain accurate opportunity and client activity tracking in CRM systems. Coordinate with proposal and marketing teams to support pursuit planning and follow up.Experience/Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, Engineering, or similar field. 5-10 years of experience in business development, client relations, or sales. Experience in consulting engineering or professional services preferred. Strong communication skills and confidence engaging directly with clients.
