As demand continues to grow, we're expanding our sales team with motivated professionals who want to build a long-term, high-income career in residential construction sales. The Opportunity This is an opportunity for an experienced sales professional to step into a high-demand market with qualified leads, strong operational support, and uncapped earning potential. Our sales representatives focus on educating homeowners, diagnosing issues, and recommending solutions that genuinely improve the safety and value of their homes. If you're confident in consultative selling, enjoy working directly with homeowners, and want the freedom to control your income, this role offers a clear path to six-figure earnings and long-term career growth. What You'll Do Conduct in-home inspections of foundations, basements, and crawlspaces throughout the DMV area Diagnose structural and moisture-related issues and recommend appropriate solutions, including waterproofing systems, sump pumps, drainage systems, encapsulation, and foundation repair products Build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations Manage the sales process from inspection through signed agreement and project handoff Document project details, measurements, photos, and customer notes accurately within the CRM system Collaborate closely with operations and production teams to ensure a smooth customer experience What Success Looks Like Within your first 6-12 months, successful team members typically: Build a consistent pipeline from company-provided, high-intent leads Develop strong close rates through consultative, relationship-driven selling Earn six-figure income through uncapped commissions Become a trusted advisor to homeowners facing significant property concerns Contribute to company growth while positioning themselves for future leadership opportunities What We're Looking For Experience in residential sales, home improvement sales, construction sales, or other home service industries Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and comfortable managing a sales pipeline independently Comfortable working in the field, including basements, crawlspaces, and other confined spaces Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM software and tablets Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the DMV area Preferred but not required: Foundation repair or waterproofing experience Experience with consultative or in-home sales We're willing to train motivated professionals who have strong sales ability and a customer-first mindset.
Compensation and Benefits Compensation:
$100,000 - $250,000+ per year Uncapped commission structure $3,500 first-month draw during ramp-up period Pre-qualified company-provided leads - no cold calling Company truck, tablet, inspection tools, and gas card provided Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) with company matching Full-time position Work Location / Schedule In-person field role serving Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland Office location:
Alexandria, VA Schedule:
