We are seeking a highly driven and personable Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in an active, field-based environment. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be out in the community, engaging directly with potential and existing customers to drive business growth. Whether you're prospecting for new clients or managing long-term relationships, your role will be integral to our success. Key Responsibilities Field Sales Generation:
Actively prospect new leads through direct outreach, cold calling, networking, and on-site visits within your designated territory.
New Business Development:
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities by understanding client needs and presenting customized waste management solutions.
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing any service issues that arise.
Site Visits & Consultations:
Regularly visit client locations for assessments and service evaluations to tailor solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
CRM & Pipeline Management:
Keep an accurate record of interactions, manage your sales pipeline, and provide forecasts to the sales manager.
Collaboration:
Work alongside internal teams such as operations and customer service to ensure clients' needs are met and expectations exceeded. Required Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and present solutions effectively. Proven track record of developing long-term relationships with clients, co-workers, and partners. Ability to work independently in the field, prioritize tasks, and meet or exceed sales targets. Skilled at identifying challenges and offering creative, practical solutions that add value for the client. Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and manage time effectively in a field-based role. Comfortable using CRM software, email, and Microsoft Office applications to track progress and manage customer data.
