Job Description

Position Title:
Facility Activation & Business Development Coordinator Location:
Ashburn, Virginia Employment Type:

Compensation & Growth:
Base Annual Salary $40,0000 - $50,0000, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based incentive that recognizes measurable contributions to successful campus activation and impact. The role provides direct exposure to leadership and a platform for professional growth across education and business development.
Position Overview:
Falcon Academy in strategic partnership with CIRA Global Ventures (CGV) seek a professional, entrepreneurial coordinator to support strategic activation and expanded utilization of Falcon's Ashburn and Chantilly campuses. The role advances mission-aligned programs and strategic partnerships during after-school hours, weekends, and summer terms, while also providing administrative and operational support to CGV leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Include identify and develop opportunities to expand campus utilization. Support design and implementation of enrichment programs, camps and community initiatives. Cultivate relationships with educational organizations, businesses, and community groups, develop and communicate value propositions for proposed programs and partnerships. Coordinate scheduling, logistics and implementation in collaboration with Academy leadership and administration, monitor performance indicators, support continuous program improvement and provide administrative and operational support to CGV leadership.
Qualifications:
preferred associates degree, strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives with attention to detail, entrepreneurial and solutions-oriented mindset and flexibility to support occasional evening and weekend programs.
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
