Base + Commission + Bonus Homeland Contractors is a growing, customer-focused landscaping company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Northern Virginia. Our services include landscape maintenance, enhancements, hardscaping, seasonal services, and property improvements. We pride ourselves on quality work, long-term client relationships, and a strong local reputation built through results and referrals. The Sales Representative is responsible for aggressively generating new business and expanding Homeland Contractors' footprint across Northern Virginia. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who thrives on prospecting, opening doors, and hunting for new accounts. The representative will also strive to maintain good customer relations across the Northern Virginia. Key Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect and develop new residential and commercial landscaping clients
• Conduct cold outreach, aggressive networking, canvassing, and relationship-based prospecting
• Conduct on-site property walkthroughs and needs assessments
• Prepare and present proposals and estimates
• Close new maintenance contracts and one-time project work
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline activity Qualifications
• 2+ years hunter-style sales experience
• Proven prospecting and closing ability
• Valid driver's license Compensation

Base Salary:

$50,000

Commission:

o 6% on sales
