Inside Sales Person - Skyway Outdoor Signs (Bastian, VA) Skyway Outdoor Signs is growing, and we're looking for a driven, organized Inside Sales Person to join our team. This role is the heartbeat of our sales operation — handling inbound service calls, developing new business, coordinating with design and production, and keeping projects moving from first contact through completion.

What You'll Do:

Respond to sales calls and emails from national sign companies Perform local and regional sign code research and manage permit acquisition Enter and maintain sales, shop, and service orders in cloud based management platform. Work with our design team to prepare customer drawings Price projects, prepare quotes, and manage jobs through fabrication and installation Participate in developing marketing systems to grow both local and national sales Handle invoicing, follow‑ups, and account collection

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable with technology (email, spreadsheets, CRM tools) Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive Experience in sales, permitting, project coordination, or sign industry preferred
