Job Description
Job Summary New River Office Supply is hiring a full-time Sales Representative to join our team in Blacksburg, Va. We are looking for a motivated, customer-focused professional who can build relationships, understand customer needs, and help businesses find the right office supplies and office furniture solutions. Top Priority Experience Applicants with proven experience selling office supplies and office furniture will be considered above all other applicants. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with local business customers. Sell office supplies, office furniture, and related workplace products. Assist customers in selecting products that meet their budget, space, and business needs. Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and help close sales opportunities. Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and by email. Work with the team to support orders, product availability, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Sales experience requied; office supplies and office furniture sales experience strongly prefered. Strong communication, follow-up, and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a small-business team. Professional, dependable, and organized. Basic computer skills for customer communication, quotes, and order support. Valid driver's license needed. Schedule Full-time position.
