What You'll Do Connect with customers and guide them through the pontoon buying experience—from first conversation to closing Actively generate new business through outreach, referrals, and on-site engagement Conduct hands-on boat demonstrations that showcase features, performance, and lifestyle benefits Build lasting relationships with lakefront homeowners and repeat customers Track leads and manage follow-ups using CRM tools Negotiate and close deals while identifying opportunities to upsell accessories and services What We're Looking For Confident, people-focused salesperson who enjoys face-to-face interaction Strong communication and closing skills Self-starter who is comfortable generating their own leads Experience in sales, boating, marine, or outdoor recreation is a plus (but not required) Ability to thrive in a lively, outdoor, customer-driven environment Why This Role Stands Out Sell a product people are excited about— lake life sells itself Work directly on Lake Anna in a high-traffic, fun atmosphere Competitive earning potential based on performance
