Job Description Junior Business Sales Development Rep In this critical role, you will play a pivotal role in our sales funnel, acting as the primary point of contact for both potential and existing customers. You will leverage your communication skills and product knowledge to nurture leads, qualify opportunities, and ultimately drive sales growth.Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and qualify sales leads through an in-person approach Build rapport with potential customers, understand their needs and challenges, and educate them on the value proposition of our clients products or services. Engage customer to complete sales Develop and deliver compelling presentations that highlight product benefits and address customer pain points. Manage the sales pipeline by nurturing leads, scheduling appointments, and qualifying them for the sales team. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly resolving inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. Generate insightful reports on customer interactions, lead qualification, and sales pipeline health to inform strategic decision-making. Collaborate effectively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide ongoing customer support.Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and effective customer engagement strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences. Proven ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant sales tools.
