If so, TK Elevator has an opportunity for you. TK Elevator is looking for a Sales Representative, Hydraulic Modernization to join our team in Norfolk, VA . In this role, you'll be helping building owners and property managers upgrade aging hydraulic elevator systems to become safer, smarter, and more energy-efficient with our pre-engineered solutions. You'll own the sales process—from relationship-building to contract close—and work with a collaborative operations team to bring upgrades to life. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Client Partnerships :
Develop strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients. Help them understand the value of modernizing their hydraulic elevator systems.
Sales Process Ownership :
From prospecting and presenting bids to contract execution, manage deals from start to finish while meeting revenue and profit goals.
Growth :
Identify leads, schedule calls, and convert opportunities to wins using TKE proven sales strategies and marketing tools.
Team Player:
Work side-by-side with operations team visiting project sites to ensure successful delivery and a great customer experience.
Knowledge :
Keep up with product updates, pricing, market trends, supplier information, and elevator code requirements to create the best solutions for clients.
Project Management :
Take ownership from the sales process through installation including coordinating submittals, creating requested change orders, and ensuring client satisfaction and deadlines are met. Who we are looking for
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum 1 year of business-to-business sales experience is required. Strong attention to detail with proactive follow-up skills. Demonstrated success in a fast-paced environment. Outstanding ability to build and nurture relationships with customers, team members, and cross-functional colleagues. Excellent time management, organizational, and presentation skills. Salesforce experience. (preferred) Ability to read and interpret architectural and/or blueprint/drawings.
