Inside sales
  • Wholesale Since 1960, Medallion Pools has built a reputation as one of the nations leading Manufacturers and Distributors of swimming pools and accessories.
In the last several years we have seen the swimming pool industry grow and an unprecedented rate. Our inside salesperson sells direct to swimming pool dealers and distributors nationwide. The inside salesperson; Estimates pool costs and prepares paper work when dealers purchase the pools and other products Makes sure proper specs are sent to the dealers for the construction of their products Works with new dealers to purchase our pools Continually builds product knowledge and refine sales techniques Have at least be a high school diploma
  • higher education preferred Have at least 6 to 12 months of sales experience Must be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and enjoy the selling process Must be able to build rapport easily and establish trust, leading to lasting customer relationships Must have strong communications skills Must be able to effectively present information to dealers on a one-on-one basis Must have a good aptitude for basic math•necessary for doing calculations related to the sales process Must be able to develop new accounts Starting pay is $35,000 plus commission•possible commission up to $30,000 DisclaimerThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature of the work being performed by employees assigned to this classification; they are not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required for the position.
