Responsibilities include:

Respond to residential and commercial water damage opportunities throughout the service area Inspect damaged properties and evaluate restoration needs Prepare detailed estimates and present customized mitigation solutions Guide customers through the restoration process while providing clear, consistent communication Coordinate project scheduling with office staff and mitigation technicians Visit active job sites to monitor project progress and ensure quality workmanship Support field technicians by addressing customer concerns and helping projects stay on schedule Develop referral relationships with plumbers, insurance agents, adjusters, property managers, contractors, and other community partners Identify opportunities to expand services while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach Deliver exceptional customer experiences that generate repeat business and referrals What We're Looking For We're seeking a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, managing projects, and helping customers through challenging situations.

Qualified candidates should have:
