Total Comfort seeks a Residential HVAC Sales Specialist to drive growth through in-home consultations and solution-based selling. You'll meet homeowners, assess comfort and efficiency issues, and recommend systems that balance performance, energy savings, and budget. Using your HVAC product knowledge and consultative sales skills, you'll build trust, prepare clear proposals, and guide customers through financing, rebates, and warranties. You'll coordinate closely with install and service teams, maintain detailed records in our CRM, and uphold our safety-focused, customer-first culture while meeting ambitious sales goals.
