In this field-based role, you will manage a regional territory, building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and laboratories to grow revenue and market share. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, product presentations, and contract negotiations while collaborating closely with clinical and marketing teams. Responsibilities Develop and execute regional sales plans for screening and diagnostic products in Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding areas Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, labs, and healthcare providers Conduct product presentations, demos, and training for clinicians and decision-makers Identify new business opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline Negotiate contracts and pricing within established guidelines Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and technical teams to support customer adoption and satisfaction Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform strategy Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity reports Ensure compliance with all regulatory, ethical, and company policies Represent Abbott at conferences, trade shows, and customer events as needed Required Skills B2 B medical or diagnostics sales Territory and account management Prospecting and lead generation Contract negotiation and closing Clinical or laboratory product knowledge CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) Sales forecasting and reporting Presentation and product demonstration skills Market and competitive analysis Regulatory and compliance awareness in healthcare sales
