Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Professional Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, engaging with potential clients and nurturing existing relationships to drive high-end sales and expand our market presence. Your expertise in outside sales, negotiation, and B2B (business-to-business) sales will be essential in building a robust sales pipeline. Our line of home elevators and lifts is known across the world. We sell, and install a wide range of products, and serve a wide range of customer demographics. Mechanical and or construction experience a plus. This paid position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your sales management skills while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. This is a hybrid roll for a professional sales person. Responsibilities Actively pursue new business opportunities through outbound calls, cold calling, and face-to-face meetings with prospective clients. Manage and grow the sales pipeline by identifying leads, qualifying prospects, and nurturing relationships to close high-value deals. Conduct compelling presentations and public speaking engagements to showcase our products and services to potential clients and architects. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, manage customer data, and streamline the sales process. Support B2B sales efforts by collaborating with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional strategies. Maintain detailed records of inventory management, retail math calculations, and organizational documentation related to sales activities. Upsell additional products or services during the sales process to increase revenue per client. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and communication skills. Assist in inventory control and management to ensure product availability aligns with customer timelines. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales environments as well direct end user contracts. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-end deals. Multilingual abilities a plus to serve diverse markets effectively. Excellent organizational skills for managing a robust sales pipeline and inventory records. Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with inventory management tools. Exceptional communication skills for engaging clients via phone, email, or in person; confident public speaking capabilities are a plus. Knowledge of operations, retail math, inventory control, retail industry standards. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with in a team-oriented environment. Ability to perform cold calling effectively while maintaining positive relationships through upselling and customer support efforts. Strong organizational skills combined with retail math proficiency for accurate forecasting and inventory planning.
