Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in both English and Spanish, establishing a welcoming atmosphere. Assist customers with selecting mobile devices, accessories, and service plans tailored to their needs. Demonstrate product features and benefits through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding. Operate the cash register accurately for retail sales transactions, including cash handling and cash drawer management. Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals. Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the store is clean, well-merchandised, and fully stocked. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Handle retail store operations such as cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) transactions, and basic math calculations for transactions. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of store products and current promotions to assist customers effectively. Support team members with supervising experience by collaborating on daily tasks and ensuring smooth store operations. Requirements Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customers. Prior retail sales experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent phone etiquette. Ability to perform retail store tasks such as stocking merchandise, merchandising displays, and managing cash handling procedures accurately. Demonstrated ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining a positive customer experience. Supervising experience is advantageous but not required; leadership qualities are valued. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain product features clearly and effectively. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing cash drawers responsibly.
