Field Marketing Representative HomeCure - Mechanicsville, VA HomeCure is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing Field Marketing Team . No roofing or home-improvement experience is required — we provide training. This is not a sales-closing position .
Your job is simple:
speak with homeowners in local neighborhoods and schedule free estimates for roofing, windows, siding, and other exterior home improvements. What You'll Do Each workday, our team meets at the HomeCure office in Mechanicsville . From there, you'll ride with your team in a company van to neighborhoods throughout the Richmond area. Once in the field, you'll: Go door-to-door speaking with homeowners Introduce HomeCure and our home improvement services Identify homeowners interested in receiving an estimate Schedule appointments for our sales representatives Work alongside a team in a competitive, energetic environment Compensation This is a performance-driven position with guaranteed pay plus commission opportunities . The majority of your earning potential comes from performance. The more qualified appointments you generate and the more successful your appointments are, the more you can earn. There is no cap on earning potential.
