Automotive Business Development Representative

Pearson Hyundai is looking for a motivated and organized BDC Agent to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who is comfortable communicating with customers by phone, text, and email while managing a high-volume CRM environment. Previous automotive BDC, internet sales, or customer service experience is preferred. Ideal candidates should have experience working inside a CRM platform — preferably ELeads — and understand the importance of follow-up, appointment setting, task management, and customer communication. Strong communication skills, consistency, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment are essential. This is a team-focused role with opportunities for growth, performance-based income, and ongoing training.
