We partner with independent retailers across the United States, helping stores bring unique décor and seasonal products to their customers. We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and career-minded Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Norfolk, VA. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, working with customers, and growing a sales territory in a creative and fast-paced industry. What You'll Do Develop and maintain relationships with existing retail customers and new prospects Contact customers by phone, email, and virtual presentations to generate orders and reorders Assist customers with product recommendations and merchandising ideas Follow up on leads, appointments, and trade show contacts Enter and manage orders accurately within company systems Travel 2-4 times per year to major trade shows to meet customers and support showroom activities Build and manage your own customer base from our Norfolk office What We're Looking For Strong communication and relationship-building skills Clear and professional phone presence Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Comfortable with computers, email, internet research, and data entry Organized and detail-oriented Sales experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right candidate Someone looking for a long-term career opportunity — not just a job Compensation & Benefits Base salary plus commission structure Expected earnings: $45,000 - $55,000+ Paid holidays
