What You'll Be Doing Following up on provided leads to book estimate appointments and move prospects through the pipeline Building relationships with homeowners through consistent, professional outreach and follow-up Prepare and send accurate project estimates Follow up with homeowners after estimates to answer questions and close the deal Staying on top of your pipeline and keeping leads warm until they sign Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including lead status, follow-ups, and next steps Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in the construction industry (any trade, project management, estimating, or similar) Minimum 1 year of sales experience—home improvement or contractor sales strongly preferred Proven track record of closing deals; be ready to speak to it in your interview Strong communicator—confident on the phone, in person, and following up Self-motivated and able to manage your own schedule and pipeline Valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle Honest, professional, and someone who does what they say Compensation 3-week paid training period — learn our process, our projects, and how we operate $250/day base pay during training 4% commission on every job you close — paid when the job is collected Average project runs $50,000-$250,000 Average closed job value: $120,000 No cap on earnings Flexible schedule How to Apply Send your resume and a short note about yourself to , your background, any construction experience you have, and why this role is the right fit for you.
