Hampton Roads Water Services Exclusive Local Distributor for RainSoft Authorized Service Provider for The Home Depot About the Opportunity We are the exclusive distributor for RainSoft — one of the nation's largest and most established manufacturers of residential water treatment systems (founded in 1953). Due to continued demand for water treatment and air purification systems, we are expanding our outside sales team. This is a face-to-face, in-home sales role with pre-set, pre-qualified appointments provided daily. There is NO cold calling and NO door-to-door prospecting. This is a performance-based sales career — not a "clock in / clock out" job. Compensation $75,000 - $175,000+ annually We provide: 2-3 qualified appointments per day Commission or salary + commission plan (your choice, upon selection) Monthly production bonuses National recognition programs Unlimited income potential Example earnings (performance-based): 1 sale/week = ~$1,300/week 2 sales/week = ~$2,600/week 3 sales/week = ~$3,900/week+ Your income is directly tied to your effort, consistency, and closing ability.
