Sales Consultant About Us Supreme Motors is a growing automotive dealership serving customers across the DMV area. We pride ourselves on transparency, customer service, and helping clients find the right vehicle for their needs and budget. We are currently looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. What You'll Do Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs Build relationships and provide excellent customer service Manage inbound leads and walk-in clients Explain financing options and available packages Negotiate and close sales Follow up with potential buyers Maintain knowledge of inventory and promotions What We're Looking For Strong communication and interpersonal skills Bilingual preferred (English and Spanish) Confidence and ability to build trust with customers Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, but not required) Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver's license What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission High earning potential Supportive team environment Growth opportunities Training provided If you are ambitious, enjoy working with people, and want to grow in the automotive sales industry, we'd love to hear from you.
