Automotive Sales Representative Carnova is looking for an experienced, motivated Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, competitive, and hungry for sales . The ideal candidate has previous experience working at an automotive dealership and understands how to turn internet and phone leads into showroom appointments and, ultimately, sales. This position is heavily focused on customer communication, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and closing cash deals . You will be responsible for taking incoming vehicle inquiries, contacting customers, building relationships, getting customers through the door, and helping them find the right vehicle. Responsibilities Follow up with incoming internet, phone, and dealership leads Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages to potential customers Quickly respond to new leads and maintain consistent follow-up Build rapport with customers and provide a friendly, professional experience Schedule and confirm appointments Work to get customers physically into the dealership Work directly with customers to negotiate and close cash vehicle sales Follow up with customers who have not yet purchased Maintain accurate notes and follow-up activity on customer leads Provide an excellent customer experience from initial contact through delivery Work as part of a sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales goals What We're Looking For Previous automotive dealership sales experience is required Proven ability to work leads and generate appointments Strong communication and people skills Confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls Friendly, energetic, and personable Self-motivated and able to work independently Competitive and hungry to sell Persistent with follow-up without being pushy Professional appearance and attitude Reliable and punctual Valid driver's license and reliable transportation The Right Candidate We are not looking for someone who simply wants to sit at a desk and wait for customers to walk in. We want a salesperson who actively works their leads, makes the calls, sets the appointments, and gets customers through the door.
