In This Role, You Will:

Assist with the evaluation and execution of M&A opportunities, including financial modeling, strategic rationale and data analysis Create presentation materials for Cvent's senior executives which concisely present research findings informing mission-critical corporate decisions Collaborate with the Corporate Development team to identify areas of improvement in the business acquisition process and provide input for meaningful change within the organization Conduct research and analysis in the Event and Hospitality Cloud Software markets and competitive benchmarking Work effectively both autonomously and within a team environment, often with limited guidance and on intensive deadlines
