Overview We are seeking a motivated, trust-worthy Estimator with experience in sales who can meet customers, inspect jobs, prepare accurate estimates, explain recommended services clearly, and help grow our business through relationship -building. Responsibilities Prepare clear, accurate estimates for carpet cleaning, water damages, mitigation, repairs, odor removal, and related restoration work. Document job conditions with photos, notes, measurements, and customer information. Build relationships with customers, property managers, maintenance and other office coordinators. Represent the company professionally in the field and maintain a strong customer service standard Participate in occasional emergency-response work, depending on the position and business needs. Qualifications Sales, estimating, restoration, construction, insurance, property management, or in-home service experience preferred. Strong communication skills and the confidence to meet customers face-to-face Ability to inspect a job, listen to customer concerns, and recommend practical solutions. Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field Comfortable using a smartphone, email, scheduling software Ability to take accurate photos, measurements, note and basic job documentation Professional appearance and customer-first attitude Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record Ability to pass background check, if required Restoration credentials such as IIRC or related experience are a plus , but not a requirement.
