Job Description
An Action Lines Sales Representative is responsible for: Greeting guests and listening to their travel interests to offer the best options to meet their needs. Presenting the Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products to our potential owners to generate sales volume and leads while maintaining a professional and ethical representation of the company. Maintaining effective communication with clients and providing follow-up to ensure customer happiness by using various forms of communication (ie: email, telephone, and written correspondence) Applying selling concepts promoted at HGV Generating referral leads with each new customer Promoting a positive, partnership-focused environment and maintaining our core values and policies. Accountable for attending one of HGVC's sales training sessions every week, according to HGV policies and procedures, and maintaining business standards for sales volume, ethics, and floor behavior with customers and coworkers. Carrying out all other reasonable requests by management which the associate is capable of performing.
Schedule Details:
Our Sales Executives are scheduled to work 5 days a week, 8 hours per day, including weekends and holidays. Why do Team Members Like Working for us? - $250,000 + with some performers coming in the $300,000
