Milton CAT is looking to invest in and develop the right candidate to drive business (sales and rentals) of compact to large products (Excavators, Skid Steers, Wheel Loaders, Bull Dozers, etc.) in Rockingham county. This field position involves being on the road every day, setting up meetings, prospecting job sites, executing "business conversations" on critical issues and closing business with valued customers and prospects.

Hungry to learn and an ability to apply new knowledge Qualifications What You'll Do As a Territory Sales Representative - Heavy Equipment, you'll drive business growth across your assigned region: Develop and manage your heavy equipment sales territory
Prospect new customers while expanding existing accounts
Conduct job site visits and equipment demonstrations
Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
Manage your pipeline, forecasts, and customer data in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong customer experience
Educate customers on purchasing, financing, and rental options
