The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives under pressure while consistently maintaining high customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities:

A Professional that can drive online revenue by optimizing daily site operations, managing regional and ecommerce platform order fulfillment operations, and enhancing inventory accuracy. Develop and execute targeted sales strategies and promotions based on in-depth analysis of sales data and customer feedback. Proactively managing and identifying trends in product defects to reduce future returns and improve customer satisfaction. Coordinating with the warehouse and logistics team to streamline order fulfillment and dispatch. Partner with the China marketing division to streamline customer support, ensuring swift resolution of inquiries regarding orders and product information and inquiries.

Skills:

Technical proficiency. Knowledge of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon. You must have at least 1-2 years of customer service experience, specifically within an e-commerce or retail environment. Experience with Inventory Management System or other related ERP System is a plus. Attention to Detail. Ensuring accurate product data and inventory levels. Strong written and verbal skills and problem-solving. Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Time Management Skills.

Job Type:

Full Time from 7:30am to 4:00pm 8 hr. shift

Start Pay DOE:

$20/hr. Benefits after 90 days: Paid Sick Leave, Dental/Vision, 401k, Health Insurance. Paid Vacation after 1Yr.
