BASIC FUNCTIONS

Manage a $750,000+ sales plan, selling painting services as well as cross selling other product offerings as the opportunities arise Door knocking residential homes and commercial businesses to generate 80%+ of leads Estimating leads that are provided by the company Learn and execute the Ridings sales process (pre-bid, during bid, post bid) Hitting Personal Sales Target, Margin Target, and cost per margin target Entering appointments into company CRM Entering estimates into company CRM Updating client data Writing customer proposals Responding to customers questions and office questions Independently studying to become competent in painting services Attending weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAM) and L10 Team Meetings Building a sales plan and tracking against it at all times

Turning in a weekly GAM Report highlighting weekly, quarterly, and overall numbers, journaling of previous weeks drivers and restrainers, and upcoming weeks goals and priorities.

TIME AND COMPENSATION

Full-Time

• higher volume of work in the exterior painting season (May
• October) Base salary + commission
• base salary set on past experience and current skill.

OTE of $100K+ annually
