A Car or Vehicle Sales Representative develops buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers, suggesting trade-ins, customer prospecting, greeting drop-ins, responding to inquiries, recommending sales campaigns and promotions, and explaining warranties and services. Demonstrates vehicles by explaining characteristics, capabilities, features, and product testing. Understands vehicles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features, comparing and contrasting competitive models, and inspecting vehicles.

Job Description

These positions ensure a comprehensive, positive, customer experience. They contact customers and respond to instant cash offer leads for used vehicle purchases. They set-up appointments, conduct meetings and perform vehicle appraisals; process paperwork and documentation to complete the vehicle purchase transactions for at least 20 units per month, directs customers to product information resources, assists customer in selling their vehicles, handles all ICO purchases inquiries personally, coordinates promotions with other dealership sales promotions and advertising, maintains relationship with previous customers, researches auto-buying services on the Internet and acts as liaison with any services the dealership uses to promote it's site r advertise. Knows and understands the federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automobile purchases. Works closely with accounting team to ensure all purchases are processed properly. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are knowledgeable, customer focused and engaging. These positions require High School graduation or equivalent One (1) year of retail sales, clerical or related experience. Intermediate Computer experience with MS Office. Possession of a valid, unrestricted driver's license for more than 3 years. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in multi-faceted, high pace, environment. Benefits Competitive base pay:
$17.50- $22.50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus bonus incentives. Weekly pay 401K with employer match up to 50% of 5% Holiday pay Medical, Dental, Life & Vision Insurance starting first of the month after hire! Paid Vacation after 90 days of employment
General Population Vacation Accrual:
90 days = 24 hours 1 Year = 48 hours 2 Years = 88 hours 3 Years = 96 hours 5 Years = 136 hours 10+ Years = 160 hours
Note:
Accrual earned at 90 days must be used prior to 1 year anniversary as it does not carry over.
