Job Description
Part-Time & Full-Time | $18-$20/hour + Monthly Performance Bonus Are you great with people—and even better at getting people excited about something you believe in? We're looking for an outgoing, motivated Wellness Coordinator to join our Burlington clinic. This isn't a typical front-desk job. You'll be the person who makes patients feel welcome, keeps the clinic running smoothly, and helps people choose the membership or care option that's right for them. If you enjoy talking to people, building relationships, working toward goals, and being rewarded for your results, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Connect with people. Welcome patients and members, create a great experience, and make everyone feel comfortable from the moment they walk in. Sell memberships and care plans. You'll talk with new and existing patients about their care, explain membership and package options, and confidently recommend the option that best fits their needs. Keep the clinic moving. Manage check-ins, scheduling, phones, payments, and the day-to-day flow of a busy clinic. Build relationships. Get to know our members, follow up with patients, and help create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back. Help grow the clinic. You'll participate in promotions, raffles, community outreach, and other local marketing efforts. Keep things looking great. Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming environment for patients and teammates. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: Outgoing and genuinely enjoys talking to people Confident asking for the sale and comfortable working toward goals Positive, energetic, and dependable Comfortable talking with people in person and on the phone Organized and able to juggle multiple things at once Comfortable using computers and learning new systems A team player who takes pride in creating a great patient experience Previous sales, retail, hospitality, fitness, healthcare, or customer-service experience is a plus—but the right personality matters more than a specific background. A high school diploma or GED is required. What You'll Earn $18-$20/hour + monthly performance bonus Your bonus is tied to membership and package sales, so the better you perform, the more you can earn.
