Job Description

Braun Northwest, Inc. (BNW) is now hiring for a Project Coordinator - Inside Sales in Chehalis, WA. The schedule is Monday-Friday, 40hrs per week with a start time between 6:00am and 7:00am. This position is overtime eligible. The compensation for this position is $24-$32/hr

Job Details:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of all interfaces of the build process to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of each assigned emergency response vehicle. Interfaces include but are not limited to: Customers, Management, Sales, Estimator/Specification Writers, Engineering, Design, Materials, Purchasing and Production staff. In order to be successful in this position, the candidate must: Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Maneuver in, out, and around the vehicle modules in order to inspect completed work at each stage of the build process as necessary. Sit for extended periods of time. Work in front of a monitor screen for extended periods of time. Maintain a solid work attendance. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously. Strong organizations skills. Able to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timeliness through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships. Strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to focus on details. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and stored. This position may require overtime and some Saturday work, along with maintaining a solid work attendance.
Required Experience:
Customer service experience. Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Project Management, from conception to delivery (Preferred). Experience working in a production/manufacturing environment (Preferred). Experience working with ERP systems (Preferred).
Required Education:
AA degree in business or equivalent from an accredited college plus one year experience working in project management or project coordination. OR Three years' experience working as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator may be substituted for AA degree.
Position Requirements:
In addition to Mechanical aptitude, this position requires the use of Microsoft software such as Word, Excel, Access and Outlook .
Knowledge Requirements:
This position requires knowledge in Project Management principles, Process improvement and Lean Principles in Manufacturing.
Preferred Certifications:
Associate in Project Management (APM) Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) Certified Project Master (CPM) Project Management Professional (PMP)
